How to make Khasi Ko Fokso (Goat Lungs)

Khasi ko Fokso (Goat Lungs) is a traditional Newari cuisine of Nepal. It is uniquely prepared and taste is amazing.

This food is the traditional Nepali Newari Dish. First of all, you need a goat lungs and make sure there is no leakage. Clean the exterior thoroughly with the running water and fill up lungs with the water to make the inner part clean. Repeat this step about three to four times or until the water comes out clean from it.
Prepare a liquid for the lungs now. Add chickpeas flower, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, garlic ginger paste, eggs in the bowl and mix it well.

Below is the ingredient that you need before cooking.

1/2 cup besan flour (Chick pea flour)
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic ginger paste
3 large eggs
1/2 gallon water
2 tbsp oil.
