How to Make Nepali (Newari) Chicken Chhoila?

Have you ever tasted Nepali or Newari Food? Did you try to make any Nepalese food at home? Did it taste good? Anup Kitchen will teach you to make delicious Nepali food with simple recipe. Below video will show you how to make chicken chhoila. Usually Chicken chhoila is made with chicken and marinated with spice and it can either be extra spicy, or mild. However, some spicy is needed to make this dish delicious and tasty.

First prepare your ingredient before start. Cut 1 pound of boneless chicken in small pieces. Chopped few garlic and ginger, 1/2 Lemon or Lime Juice, 2 small tomatoes, 1 Green Chilli, 1 Green Onions and few Cilantro(Coriander). Have a pan ready and heat some oil and put 1 pound of small pieces of chicken and put 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and fry it until golden brown. Once done keep it on separate bowl for marinate.
1 teaspoon of cumin powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, chopped ginger and garlic, chopped green chilli and mix it well together and add 1/2 lemon juice and add 2 small tomatoes and mix well with the hand so that it will mix fine. After that add green onion and mix it. Put it on the plate and spread cilantro on it. You chicken chhoila is ready to be served.

1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1Teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic and Ginger Paste
Few chopped Garlic and Ginger

2 Small Tomatoes
1 Green Chili
Green Onions
